Hiring and managing a staff of four photographers at a daily newspaper that has since ceased publication. In 1989 our staff swept the Arizona Associated Press Managing Editors competition in the small-circulation category.

Education

I started Phoenix College in 1978 with a photography class, which I completed. However I was working full-time as a freelancer and dropped out to allow more time for photography.
